Donate now

By donating to support our work, either as an individual or as a business, you are making a genuine difference. Your generosity will support expecting and new mums and dads and their families to recover from perinatal anxiety and depression. You could even help save lives.

Here’s how your donation will make a real impact:

$20 provides vital information and resources to mums and dads affected by perinatal anxiety and depression so they can get support and recover more quickly.

$50 helps us organise events that break down stigma surrounding perinatal anxiety and depression so people don’t delay seeking help, potentially saving lives.

$75 invests in educating health professionals about perinatal anxiety and depression so their patients get the right treatment and support.

$ Your choice

No amount is too large or too small.  All and any support is gratefully received. Donations over $5 are tax deductible

Choose to gift a single donation, or set up regular monthly or annual giving to support the work we do.

Other ways to contribute

The Good Registry

As at the end of September 2020, PADA received over $8,000 from generous donations through our partnership with The Good Registry.

There are two ways to give with The Good Registry. Celebrate a special event by Creating a registry and choose us as your charity for friends and family to give to. You’ll have a unique link to your registry page to share with your friends and family.

Purchase a gift card – say ‘happy birthday’, ‘thank you’, ‘Meri Kirihimete’ or ‘you’re awesome’. Give them a Good Gift Card so they can have the joy of giving to causes they care about, even better if they select PADA from the 65 NZ charities they can choose from.

You don’t need to buy stuff to show you care, and together we can look after our planet, reduce waste, and spread kindness instead of stuff!

Fund a Future

Have you donated more than $5.00 in the last four years? Every time you donate to a charity, school or religious organisation, did you know that in your end-of-year individual tax return, you’re eligible for a tax rebate of up to one-third of your total donations, but most Kiwis never bother with the paperwork involved to claim this.

By donating your tax rebate back to PADA through Fund a Future, your gift can keep on giving by allowing us to continue to eliminate the stigma of perinatal mental health in Aotearoa. You can magnify the impact of your gift giving and make it go even further!

What is Fund a Future?
Fund A Future is a super-easy way for you to claim back your rebate and put these extra funds to good use – whether that means regifting it to a charity like PADA or keeping it for yourself.

It only takes two minutes to join, and you might be surprised by how much your rebate is.

How do I sign up? – It takes just 3 easy steps:

  1. Click on the link below – Give your name and contact details
  2. Let them know which organisations you have given to
  3. Wait to receive updates on your rebate and then decide what you’d like to do with it!

They are the first Kiwi company registered with the IRD solely dedicated to filing donation tax rebates on your behalf. Not just for the current tax year but previous years too. It only takes two minutes to sign up and then you can let Fund a Future take the hassle out of claiming your donation rebates every year. You’ll also be supporting a local business in Aotearoa. For more questions visit their FAQ here.

Email office@pada.nz if you would like a copy of your donation receipts.
